RETURNS
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through website and it is within 30 days of receiving the order. Please contact us if you need to return or exchange.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval to ensure the package is in its original state. Returns that do not pass our Quality checks will be rejected and the shipment costs will not be refunded to the customer
Please ensure you fill the returns form. Download here. Kindly insert this form in your package as this will aid us in responding to your queries faster.
REFUND
All packages should be sent to us for exchange. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to complete your return or exchange if required product is in stock else your payment would be refunded via electronic transfer within 5 working days
CANCELLAION
If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel it prior to delivery by emailing sales@jemiemarboutique.com or calling 08130171235 to cancel. You will not incur any charges if this is done before delivery.
DISSATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied for any reason with goods ordered, you may return your product as long as:
You contact Customer service within 72 hours of delivery
You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice and receipt).The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
The product must not have been used.

Yaba and surulere axis’s
Mushin, Ilupeju, Gbagada, ogudu, magodo, ikeja axis’s
For outside lagos, we would ship via a courier company at a reduced rate.
